the cleanliness of the facilities impressed me. the rooms and common areas were well-kept. the hotel's location made it easy to get around. access to nearby amenities was definitely convenient. ziying was very helpful and kind, dropping off water bottles and fresh towels daily. it was lovely having a friendly face each day.
The front desk staff was not too friendly. A smile would make a significant difference.

The hotel location provided easy access to multiple bus stops nearby. This made getting around the area simple and efficient. The staff was friendly. A staff member named Zi Ying was particularly caring . The rooms were clean and the location proved quite convenient.

The staff were lovely indeed. They helped. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the softness of the pillows. the room had windows. This made it much more airy and pleasant. i found shops and markets nearby. This made it all so convenient.
The bathroom had a slight damp smell. I noticed it upon entering the room.

I found the check-in process quite easy. the location was good. I was able to easily access public transportation. i was also pleased with the availability of drinking water in the lobby (a thoughtful touch!).
the room was quite small, and there wasn't much space for my luggage.

The location was convenient. it was close to many eateries and bus stops. the room was also quiet. i enjoyed the helpful staff. They were friendly.
The restroom was too small, it was difficult to turn around. after showering, the entire toilet was wet. i found this very inconvenient. the central air conditioning was not good since we needed to call the reception to adjust the temperature to our liking. I found this troublesome.
